1.4 If the member/user exploits any vulnerability in BeSustain.nl’s campaigns, sales system, or website to cause harm, gain unfair advantage, perform repetitive operations, engage in false actions, or benefit from campaigns or sales without meeting the specified conditions. In such cases, BeSustain.nl has the right to cancel the relevant transactions, terminate the user’s membership, or unilaterally terminate the sales agreement immediately, along with reserving all legal rights.

2. Use of Content

2.1 The visual and textual content offered on BeSustain.nl is for personal use only. All rights to the texts, graphics, photos, videos, animations, and sounds on the site are reserved. Unless otherwise stated, these may not be used for commercial or personal purposes without permission and citation.

3. Responsibilities

From the moment a user begins to use the service, they are deemed to have accepted all provisions of this agreement. Any breach of these obligations that results in damages to BeSustain.nl will be compensated by the member. BeSustain.nl also reserves the right to recover any damages, fines, or legal fees paid to public authorities or third parties due to the member’s breach of this agreement.

4. BeSustain.nl’s Rights and Obligations

4.1 BeSustain.nl agrees that members will benefit from the services except in case of technical failures, and that no personal data shared outside public profiles will be disclosed to third parties, unless legally required. If any electronic sabotage, manipulation, or attack is identified, or if there is an official complaint or investigation request from legal authorities, BeSustain.nl has the right to investigate and disclose user identity information.

4.2 To ensure service continuity, BeSustain.nl reserves the right to make unilateral changes to this agreement without prior notice. BeSustain.nl may suspend, modify, or cancel services permanently or temporarily at its sole discretion. Members are deemed to have accepted these terms. 4.3 After reading and accepting this agreement, the user consents to receiving any form of commercial electronic communication from BeSustain.nl. This includes messages via fax, email, SMS, or other communication tools without needing additional consent.

5. Entry into Force of the Agreement

The agreement enters into force as soon as the user completes the registration process and is deemed accepted. The agreement becomes null and void without notice when membership ends or in the event of any termination cause listed herein.

6. Integrity and Enforceability of the Agreement

If any provision of this agreement is determined to be partially or entirely invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
